SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your paid order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
NOTE: Estimated delivery dates may be extended due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based upon the option selected.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
We are happy to offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based upon the option selected.
NOTE: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. DO FOR SELF HEALTH AND WELLNESS LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
Please be advised that some carriers may have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes.
RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS/REFUNDS

We accept returns for all items within 30 days from the original purchase date. In most cases, we will be happy to issue a refund for the full order amount minus any applicable shipping and processing costs for the return, within the this timeframe.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item(s). We address these situations on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution which may include a refund or prompt replacement.
