Thank you for your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, please see below for more information on our return, replacement, and refund policies.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the bottle(s) to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less any applicable shipping and processing charges. 

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date to qualify for a refund. 

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a return shipping label.  Please print the label, place the item securely in appropriate packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed

DAMAGED ITEMS
We apologize that your package did not arrive intact.

To process a return, please contact customer service at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item(s) to obtain a Return Shipping Label via email.

Upon photo verification and/or receipt and inspection of the damaged item(s), a full refund will be issued to the payment method on file OR a replacement shipment will be processed.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Please contact customer service at [email protected] if you wish to cancel an order you placed in error or wish to cancel a subscription order that has already been processed.
